Shipping Policy

At EmberGlow, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery
Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
